GEO Audit
GEO Audit is SpyderBot's on-page intelligence suite for Generative Engine Optimization. It helps teams understand whether AI systems can discover, read, cite, and correctly represent their brand across three focused modules inside LLM Tracking.
Overview
Each module runs as an independent scan with shared credits, history, and export â so you can start with site-level readability, drill into specific URLs, or validate entity understanding without running a monolithic audit.
Three modules
LLM Readability
Site-level checks for AI bot access: robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap coverage, crawl gaps, JS-render visibility, and bot visit logs from your connected website.
URL Optimization
Per-URL Princeton-style content scoring â citations, structure, schema, freshness, and e-commerce signals â with improvement playbooks, diff suggestions, and re-scan compare.
Entity Understanding
How major LLMs perceive your brand: static schema/signal audit plus live probes (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) with consistency matrix and gap reports.
Where to find it
Open LLM Tracking for a connected website, then use the sidebar tabs:
- LLM Readability
- URL Optimization
- Entity Understanding
GEO Optimize (beta) is hidden from the menu; GEO Audit no longer uses a public landing page â all scans require authentication.
Exports & workflows
- Markdown brief â copy or download for Cursor, Claude Code, or CMS editors
- Print / PDF â full scan report via browser print
- AI-enhanced guidance (Pro+) â platform-specific tips on URL improvement roadmaps
CLI sync
The open-source @spyderbot/geo CLI shares the same check registry as the dashboard. Registry JSON is available at GET /web-api/geo-audit/check-registry and via php artisan geo-audit:export-check-registry.
Credits
Typical estimate: 0.05 Ã URLs + 0.1 domain readability + 0.2 Ã entity probes. Use the in-app quote before starting a scan.
