Security practices

• Use a unique credential and protect the email account associated with SpyderBot.
• Do not share credentials between team members.
• Review active access when a team member changes role or leaves the organization.
• Use the available password reset or account-recovery route when access is lost.
• Contact support when the account email, identity, or ownership cannot be safely verified through self-service.

The account Owner is responsible for workspace ownership and the highest-level administrative and billing decisions supported by the account. Authentication options vary by plan and contract.
