SpyderBot Documentation
Administration Overview
Administration contains the controls used to manage your SpyderBot accountâprofile, plan, billing, credits, and available data-management actions.
The controls you can see depend on your account, plan, contract, and current product availability.
Account ownership
The account owner is responsible for account-level decisions supported by the product today: profile and authentication settings, plan and billing changes, credits and usage review, and data-management actions available in self-service.
Workspace role matrices (Owner / Admin / Member) are not documented here until workspace RBAC ships in product. Until then, treat account ownership and the controls shown in your account as authoritative.
Account and profile
- Use a unique credential and protect the email associated with SpyderBot.
- Do not share credentials between team members.
- Review access when someone leaves or changes responsibility.
- Use password reset or account recovery when access is lost.
- Contact support when the account email, identity, or ownership cannot be safely verified through self-service.
Authentication options vary by plan and contract. Do not assume SSO or another Enterprise control is available unless it is displayed or included in the applicable agreement.
Plans, billing, and credits
SpyderBot offers Free, Go, Pro, Business, and approved Enterprise arrangements. The active Billing page and applicable agreement are the source of truth for price, renewal, taxes, included usage, and cancellation behavior.
Credits represent eligible SpyderBot usage under the current plan. Confirm the active account and plan before interpreting balances. Public documentation does not publish internal cost or allocation formulas.
API credentials
API credentials are available only to Enterprise or specifically approved accounts with API access enabled. If API access is not enabled, use Contact Sales or [email protected].
Credential how-to and secret management details are not published on this page. See Enterprise API Overview.
Data management
- Exporting a report is managed in Reports â Export where available.
- Disconnecting a source does not necessarily delete historical data already processed under the applicable policy.
- For authoritative retention and deletion terms, use the current Privacy Policy.
