Before You Begin
Before creating your first analysis, make sure you have:
- A SpyderBot account.
- The website or brand you want to analyze.
- An understanding of what you want to learn.
For example:
- Understand overall AI Visibility.
- Analyze a specific prompt.
- Monitor AI crawler activity.
Different objectives use different SpyderBot products.
Step 1 — Create a Project
Projects organize all analyses, reports, historical observations, and monitoring for a single organization or website.
A project typically represents:
- A company
- A brand
- A product
- A website
Create a new project and provide the required information.
Once created, all future analyses will belong to that project.

Step 2 — Choose the Right Product
SpyderBot provides three core products.
Choose the one that best matches your current objective.
| Goal | Product |
|---|---|
| Understand overall AI Visibility | Brand Insights |
| Analyze individual prompts | Prompt Intelligence |
| Monitor website interaction with AI systems | LLM Tracking |
If you are unsure, we recommend starting with Brand Insights.
It provides the broadest view of your organization's AI Visibility.

Step 5 — Review Your Results
Each SpyderBot product presents results differently.
Brand Insights provides strategic AI Visibility intelligence.
Prompt Intelligence explains prompt-level AI behavior.
LLM Tracking analyzes AI interaction with your website.
Rather than reviewing every metric immediately, begin with the Executive Summary or primary dashboard for your selected product.
From there, investigate the intelligence layers most relevant to your objectives.
Products → Prompt Intelligence
Step 6 — Take Action
The purpose of SpyderBot is not only to measure AI Visibility, but also to help improve it.
After reviewing your analysis:
- Identify important opportunities.
- Prioritize recommended actions.
- Monitor future changes.
- Repeat analyses to measure progress.
AI Visibility should be treated as an ongoing optimization process rather than a one-time report.
