Integration Troubleshooting
Use this page when AI Traffic metrics look empty, delayed, duplicated, or inconsistent with a connected source.
| Symptom | Check first | Common fix |

| Connected, no data | Measurement Health freshness and test event | Confirm tag/script published; wait for expected lag; re-test |
| Zero referrals | Primary source, consent, referrer retention | Validate an AI-referred test session against the selected source |
| Duplicate sessions | GA4 + Script both connected | Use one primary human source; do not add sources together |
| Missing bot requests | Cloudflare or server collector | Browser Script alone cannot provide full request evidence |
| Missing orders | Shopify/GA4 ecommerce events | Confirm order events, currency, and attribution window |
| GTM changes not visible | Container publication + destination | Publish production container; verify destination source health |
