Verify Fix

Verification confirms whether the requested change exists and whether subsequent activity recovered. Reporting a fix is not verification.

Five verification layers

  1. Configuration verification — the intended setting or content change is present.
  2. SpyderBot probe verification — a GEO Audit or diagnostic probe confirms the technical condition.
  3. Real bot revisit — subsequent observed bot activity reflects the change.
  4. Referral or business outcome verification — human sessions or configured goals move as expected when that was the target.
  5. Regression monitoring — the condition does not return under comparable observation.

Technical verification must not be described as proof of business uplift. Wait for real bot or human outcome evidence after a probe passes.
