Findings highlight evidence-backed conditions. Opportunities highlight positive or underused patterns. Both require evidence before action.

For each finding, review required source, evidence categories, the plain-language condition, what it means, what it does not prove, and the recommended next action.
Exact thresholds, sample floors, and suppression logic are not published.
