Sharing
Brand Insights reports can be shared so stakeholders can review AI Visibility findings without needing full workspace access.
Public documentation covers sharing and publication only. End-user Export how-to is not published here; export capabilities are limited to administrators.
What sharing is for
- Share a completed report with teammates or clients via a share link or published report view
- Keep interpretation context attached to the shared report (scope, period, Prompt Set, AI systems)
- Control how much detail collaborators can see
Sharing permissions
Sharing permissions should distinguish:
- Report summary
- Intelligence metrics
- Prompt Set
- Evidence metadata
- Raw responses
- Sensitive leadership evidence
Public reports must not expose raw responses, private brand context, restricted prompts, or sensitive evidence by default.
Best practices
- Share only completed, accessible Report Run IDs
- Confirm scope and Run Quality before publishing
- Provide business context when sharing externallyâBrand Insights explains what AI systems observed; teams still need why the report was generated
The former Exporting Reports page redirects here. Administrators who need export formats and gates should use internal admin documentation.
